This oil was recommended for me by Ayurveda guidance. I have been using it for over 3 years daily mostly on face. But there are times when I have arm or leg pain I massage with plenty amount of it. Sometimes the pain disappears after one application and others more. It has aroma that agrees with me very much so I do enjoy using it twice a day at least. Please note that I don’t use any other cosmetic products on me.
