Dosha balancing: According to Ayurveda, everyone has a unique constitution called Prakriti, determined by the balance of three energies (doshas): Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Ayurvedic products are made to balance these doshas and improve overall health.

  • Vata: This energy controls our biological processes, like heartbeat, breathing, blinking, and blood circulation. Vata's energy is creative and energetic when it is balanced and causes stress and nervousness when imbalanced.
  • Pitta: The metabolic processes of the body, digestion, absorption, nutrition, and temperature, are controlled by Pitta. It also enhances knowledge and contentment when it is in balance. anger you and give you ulcers when out of balance.
  • Kapha: This energy is responsible for regulating the body's growth. All our body components receive water from it, moisturizing the skin and supporting the immune system. Insufficient kapha causes jealousy and insecurity. When balanced, it manifests as forgiving and love.

Herbal Supplements: These are capsules, tablets, or powders containing a blend of Ayurvedic herbs and minerals to support different aspects of health, such as digestion, immunity, and vitality.
