Rasesh is an Ayurvedic Vaidya (Doctor) based in Canada.
For over 18 years, Vaidya Rasesh Patel has been associated with the Art of Living movement, founded by world-renowned humanitarian and spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He is recognized for revolutionizing and modernizing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda by developing practical therapies suited to the needs of today's world.
Growing up in India, Rasesh was nurtured with Ayurvedic science and Vedic spiritual knowledge by his maternal grandfather, an esteemed Ayurvedic healer. His tremendous interest in holistic health led him to become an Ayurvedic Doctor. Vaidya Rasesh is known for his expertise in Nadi Pariksha, an ancient, non-invasive diagnostic method based on a simple reading of the pulse of a person. He combines traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science, offering a holistic approach that extends far beyond individual consultations. Vaidya Rasesh has cultivated a profound understanding in Ayurvedic practice, developed through advanced training in specialized techniques such as Panchakarma Therapy, Marma Therapy, Grarbhasanskar (Antenatal Care), Viddha Karma (Vital point therapy) and Agni Karma (therapeutic heat application). Adding a holistic dimension to his practice, he became a Sri Sri Yoga teacher from renowned Art of Living Foundation. His mission is to bring the benefits of Ayurveda to a global audience.

Upon arriving in Canada, Rasesh embarked on a course of study in Behavioral Science, culminating in a deep understanding of Neurodevelopmental and Neurocognitive disorders, with a particular focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

However, he quickly recognized the limitations of a strictly prescriptive approach to health. This realization led him to use Ayurveda to view the world through a transformative lens. Being happy and healthy does not have to be difficult.
