Haritaki - Relieve Constipation*& Heart Tonic*

✔️ Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a laxative for the relief of occasional constipation.*.
✔️ Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a heart tonic* (Hrdya)..
✔️ Traditionally used in Ayurveda to help relieve hemorrhoids(Arsa).
✔️ Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a digestive tonic for loss of appetite.
✔️ Traditionally used in Ayurveda to help relieve cough (Kasa).

Medicinal ingredients: Each tablet contains: ORGANIC HARITAKI (Terminalia chebula), fruit 500 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Corn starch, dicalcium phosphate, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, potassium sorbate, acacia gum, silicon dioxide

(Adult) Take 2 tablets 3 times daily. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or any new symptoms develop. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder or are taking heart medications. Reduce dose or stop use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhoea. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are suffering from dehydration, severe exhaustion, and weakness. Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician prior to use if you have fever.

Contra-Indications
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use within 2 hours of another medicine. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or if you have a chronic gastrointestinal disorder. Do not use if you aare taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or other drugs that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
